【摘要】 目的探讨半导体激光配合神经内窥镜在手术治疗脑积水和脑内囊肿(液态,良性)中的应用价值。方法采用半导体激光配合神经内窥镜手术,选择适当的输出功率,凝固止血时采用功率5～12 W,气化切割时采用功率15～30 W,进行凝固、止血、气化、切割等手术治疗脑积水和颅内囊肿。随访时间术后6个月至2 a,均经头部CT或MR I复查。结果64例中颅内囊肿16例无复发;脑积水48例,其中46例症状明显得到改善,2例无效者改用内窥镜辅助下脑室-腹腔分流术后症状改善。术后并发硬膜下血肿1例,脑室少量出血5例,均经保守治疗痊愈,无感染等其他并发症,总有效率达96.8%。结论半导体激光配合内窥镜技术治疗脑积水、颅内囊肿创伤小,安全性高,术后并发症少,疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the curative effect of endoscopic neurosurgery combined with semiconductor laser on hydrocephaly and intracerebral cysts.Methods The patients with hydrocephaly and intracerebral cysts were treated with endoscopic neurosurgery combined with semiconductor laser.Proper output power was chosed such as coagulation with the power 5～12 W,gasification and incision with 15～30 W to treat hydrocephaly and intracerebral cysts.Results After 6～24 months,64 cases had been followed up.All cases were rechecked by CT or MRI.16 cases with intracerebral cysts were no recurrence,among the 48 hydrocephalus patients,46 cases were improved distinctly,2 cases were ineffective,then performed with V-P shunt assisted endoscopic neurosurgery and the symptoms were improved.1 case of epidural hematoma and 5 cases of ventricular hemorrhage supervened post operation and the cases were well-healed with expectant treatment.No infection occured,total effective rate was 96.8%.Conclusion It is safe and effective for endoscopic neurosurgery combined with semiconductor laser to treat hydrocephaly and intracerebral cysts trauma.The incidence rate of complication is low.更多还原
