【摘要】 目的评价带锁髓内钉内固定治疗胫骨开放性骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析应用带锁髓内钉内固定治疗的36例胫骨开放性骨折患者的临床资料。结果36例患者均获随访,随访时间20～50个月,平均35个月,骨折均完全愈合,愈合时间4～6个月;根据Lysholm膝关节功能评定标准,优29例,良5例,可2例,优良率94.44%。结论带锁髓内钉内固定治疗胫骨开放性骨折具有创伤小、并发症少及恢复快等特点。显微外科。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of interlocking intramedullary nail for treatment of open fracture of tibia.Methods The clinical data of thirty-six patients with open fracture of tibia who were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail were analyzed retrospectively.Results Thirty-six cases were followed-up for 20～50 months,mean 35 months.All the fracture were complete heal within 4～6 months.According to the Lysholm,s articular genu functional assessment standard,twenty-nine cases were excellent,five cases were good,two cases were fair.Conclusion It has micro-wound,few complications and quick recovery that interlocking intramedullary nail for treatment of open fracture of tibia.更多还原
