【摘要】 目的探讨应用显微内窥镜椎间盘切除系统(MED)治疗高龄腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法对应用MED治疗的33例高龄腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有病例均获随访3-37个月,平均15个月,根据Nakai疗效标准,优18例,良13例,可2例,优良率93.94%。结论MED治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有创伤小,术后恢复快等优点,是治疗腰椎间盘突出症安全有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the curative effect of microendoscopic discectomy system(MED) for treatment of 33 senile patients with lubar intervertebral disc protrusion.Methods The clinical data of 33 patients with lubar intervertebral disc protrusion treated with MED was analyzed retrospectively.Results All the cases were followed up for 3 to 37 months,average 15 months.According to Nakai’s standard,eighteen cases were excellent,thirteen cases were good,one case was fair,the excellent and good rate was 93.94%.Conclusion It is safe and effective that MED for treatment of lubar intervertebral disc protrusion,it has the advantage of minimal invasion and rapidly recovery.更多还原
