【摘要】 目的探讨家猪心脏冠状动脉、局部房室结动脉铸型标本制作方法,为解剖实验教学、心血管教学提供铸型标本。方法新鲜猪心20例,用过氯乙烯-乙酸乙酯填充剂灌注,制作心脏动脉铸型和局部房室结动脉铸型,充分显示左右冠状动脉及其细小分支和房室结动脉的立体构筑。结果16例家猪心脏铸型标本充分显示左右冠状动脉及其细小分支,血管充盈饱满,心脏铸型标本的形态结构完整;1例房室结动脉铸型充分显示房室结区的血供来源和立体构筑;1例家猪心脏铸型标本结构完整,形态塌陷扁平;2例家猪心脏铸型标本前室间支及其他细小分支断裂,血管网内有填充剂凝块,没有完整的心脏形态。结论过氯乙烯-乙酸乙酯填充剂灌注法是一种良好的技术方法。该方法能够制作出完整的心脏动脉铸型和局部房室结动脉铸型,标本利于观察分析血管走行及分布,并为解剖实验学习心血管课程提供良好的铸型标本。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the method of making cast specimen of pig heart coronary artery and artioventricular artery.Methods Twenty fresh pig hearts,perfusing with perchloroethylene ethyl acetate plastics filler locally,to show the stracture and the ramust of the left and right coronary artery and solid structure of the artioventricular artery sufficiently.Results Amony the 20 cases,16 cases were the best with intergrate structure with fill and plump vessel;One case’s structure of cast specimen was complete,but the shape was tumbling and applanation.Two cases of which the anterior interventricular branch and the exiyuous rumus is rupturing and there were filler clots in the vessel network.Conclusion With this method can make cast specimen of coronary artery and specimen of the interventricular artery.The specimens are useful for observeing and analyseing the travel and distribution of the blood vessels.It can also provide good specimen in cardiovascular learing.Perchloroethylene ethyl acetate plastics filler perfusion is a good technique in making specimen.更多还原
