【摘要】 目的探讨宫腔镜电切术治疗黏膜下子宫肌瘤的手术方法及疗效。方法对2000年2月至2006年2月住院的83例黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者进行宫腔镜电切术,术中进行B超监护。根据肌瘤的类型,选用不同的电切方式进行切割,分析手术情况、手术效果、并发症预防等情况。术后1、3、6个月随访。结果切除肌瘤直径1.5-6.5 cm,手术时间10-70 min,平均35±11 min。术中出血量20-120 ml,平均45.5±9.6 ml。83例中73例1次完成手术,无并发症发生。随访,正常月经52例(62.65%),点滴月经31例(37.34%),贫血治愈率95.65%。结论宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤效果好,恢复快,是治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤的金标准术式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore technique and effects of electrotomy for treatment of 83 cases of submucosal myoma of uterus under hysteroscope.Methods Eighty-three patients with uterine submucosal myoma were treated with hysteroscopic electrotomy admitted from February 2000 to February 2006,monitored by B-ultrasound during operation.According to the types of submucosal myomas,different surgical methods were used.The operation courses,outcomes,complication prevention were analyzed.The patients were followed-up for 1,3 and 6 months after operation respectively.Results The resected myoma was 1.5 ～6.5 cm in diameter,the operation time was 10～70 min(mean 35±11 min).The bleeding amount during the operation was 20～120 ml(mean 45.5±9.6 ml).The operation was accomplished one time in the 73 cases.No complication occurred.Being followed-up,52 cases(62.65%) were normal menstrual flow,31 cases(37.34%).were irregular spotting The alleviation rates of anemia were 95.65%.Conclusion It is effective,quick recovery and a gold standard of hysteroscopic electrotomy for treatment of submucosal myoma.更多还原
