【摘要】 目的探讨老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的外科治疗方法。方法回顾性分析135例老年人股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床资料。结果135例中,闭合整复空心螺钉内固定27例,切开复位内固定104例,关节置换4例,均为骨水泥型假体。平均随访8个月,生活完全自理94例,生活部分自理25例,卧床不能自理16例。结论根据患者的骨折类型和具体特征选择适当的手术方式是改善患者预后、减少并发症以及提高患者生活质量的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the methods of surgical treatment of the aged patients with intertrochanteric fracture.Methods The clinical data of 135 patients with intertrochanteric fracture were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among 135 patients,twenty-seven cases were treated with closed reduction,one hundred and four cases were treated with open reduction and internal fixation,four cases were treated with joint replacement.All patients were followed averagely for 8 months,ninety-four cases were completely independent,twenty-five casese were partly dependent,sixteen cases were dependent.Conclusion Proper surgery way,witch choiced according to the patients′ fracture type and characteristic,can improve prognosis and quality of life and reduce the complication.更多还原
