【Abstract】 Adjustment of relationship between our nation’s government and colleges experienced a hard and flexed process from highly centralization of state power to release of adequate power.In the process of popularization of our nation’s higher education,pathway of adjustment between relationship of our nation’s government and Colleges: nation should transform "small government" to "nation surveillance mode";government should insist on releasing power,to enable higher schools to have an independent entity to run a school;higher schools should assure the scale of adjustment of relationship of nation and higher schools to make a "win-win" reality.更多还原
