【摘要】 目的:观察针刀治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效并探讨其机理。方法:将符合诊断标准及纳入标准的膝骨性关节炎病人60例,随机分为针刀治疗组和按摩对照组。按摩对照组因各种原因脱落3例,共收集到27例。针刀治疗组1周治疗1次,按摩治疗组1天治疗1次,每周治疗5次。两组均治疗4周。结果:根据美国膝关节学会的评分(KSS评分)标准,从膝评分方面看,优8例,良13例,尚可4例,差5例;对照组优1例,良4例,尚可10例,差12例,两组相比有极显著性差异。从膝功能评分来看,优4例,良13例,尚可11例,差2例;对照组优0例,良6例,尚可7例,差14例,两组相比有极显著性差异。结论:针刀疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎与按摩疗法相对比,其疗效有显著性差异,针刀疗法的治疗效果远好于按摩疗法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To observe the effect of acupotome on treatment of the knee osteoarthritis and probe into its mechanism.Method:60 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected and divided into two groups randomly,treatment group of acupotome and control group of m?assage.3 cases in the control group were lost because of all kinds of reasons,and 27 cases were collected.The treatment group of acupotome was treated once a week,and the control group of massage five times a week.The period of the two groups were all 4 weeeks.Result:According to the grades of knee joint of KSS criteriont,the results of the treatment group were evaluated as excellent in 8 cases,good in 13 cases,fair in 4 cases,and bad in 5 cases,and the control group excellent in 1 case,good in 4 cases,fair in 10 cases,and bad in 12 cases.There was signifficant difference between the two groups.According to the grades of knee joint function of KSS criteriont,the results of the treatment group were evaluated as excellent in 4 cases,good in 13 cases,fair in 11 cases,and bad in 2 cases,and the control group excellent in 0 case,good in 6 cases,fair in 7 cases,and bad in 14 cases.There was signifficant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:There are significant differences in the effect on the knee osteoarthritis with acupotome and massage between the two groups,and the curative effect of the treatment group is much better than the control group.更多还原
