【摘要】 目的报道561例二尖瓣闭式分离后行瓣膜置换术的经验。方法1996年1月至2005年12月,561例二尖瓣再狭窄患者接受瓣膜置换,年龄27～70岁。手术均在全身麻醉、低温、体外循环下进行。结果围术期死亡31例,死亡率5.52%。死亡原因为多脏器功能衰竭、严重低心排及脑血管意外。结论通过积极的术前准备和完善的术中、术后处理,可获得满意疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experience of 561 cases of valve replacement after closed mitral valvotomy. Methods From 1996.1 to 2005.12, valve replacement were performed in 561 patients with mitral valve restenosis (age from 27 to 70), under general anesthesia and hypothermic CPB. Results 31 patients died in hospital, the perioprative mortality is 5.52%. Multiple organ failure, severe low cardiac output and cerebrovascular accident are the causes of death. Conclusion Through active preoperative preparation, appropriate treatment during operation and after operation, satisfied therapeutic effect can be achieved.更多还原
