磁流变液石油钻机辅助刹车实验研究
The experimental research of the auxiliary brake of petroleum drilling rigs by the application of magnetorheological technology
【摘要】 磁流变液钻机辅助刹车是一种基于磁流变技术的新型辅助刹车。通过对自制的辅助刹车模型进行实验研究,得到了制动力矩随叶片直径、叶片宽度、励磁电流、磁流变液磁性材料含量和转速变化的关系曲线,为以后磁流变液钻机辅助刹车的设计制造奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 The magnetorheological fluid auxiliary brake of petroleum drilling rigs is a new kind of auxiliary brakes.With the auxiliary brake prototype,the brake characteristic experimentation was carried out on specially designed testing machine.The influences of vane diameter,vane width,content of magnetic material of magnetorheological fluid,excitation current and rotary speed on the brake torque were found,which lay a foundation for designing and manufacturing the magnetorheological fluid auxiliary brakes of petroleum drilling rigs.
