供应链环境下生产计划的协调制定研究

【摘要】 在阐述供应链环境下生产计划特点的基础上,提出在供应链环境下生产计划系统的层次模型,就供应链环境下生产计划系统各部分的协调性制定进行解释,介绍如何采用企业资源计划(ERP)和约束理论(TOC)相结合的方法制定生产计划。

【Abstract】 Expatiates the characteristics of the production planning of supply chain management and proposed the level model of this production planning system,then explains the coordination of various parts in the production planning system under the environment of supply chain.Finally,it simply introduces how to use the method which unifies ERP and TOC to formulate the production planning.
