高温回转体零件形位误差综合自动测量系统
Automatic measuring system for shape and position errors of revolving body in high temperature
【摘要】 介绍一种新研制的高温回转体零件形位误差综合自动测量系统的构成、检测原理和方法。该系统包括机械系统、测量机构、软件系统;利用测量杠杆耐高温的特点,直接获取内壁的几何信息,与CCD激光位移传感器远距离、非接触特点相结合,共同完成恶劣环境下零件内、外表面几何信息的采集;根据最小二乘法,计算机对测量数据进行融合处理,从而得出零件壁厚误差、圆度、圆柱度和内、外圆柱面间同轴度等形位误差。
【Abstract】 Presents the composition,the principle and measurement methods of a non-contact automatic system for measuring shape and position errors of revolving body in high temperature.The measurement system mainly consists of CCD laser displacement sensors,mechanical and software system.According to the least-squares procedure the thickness inaccuracy and the errors of roundness,cylindricity,and coaxiality will be obtained.
