【摘要】 目的:观察黄芪和丹参联合应用治疗充血性心力衰竭(CHF)临床疗效。方法:选择CHF患者68例,随机分为治疗组(n=36)和对照组(n=32)。对照组以利尿剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂及硝酸酯类药物作为常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上静点黄芪和丹参注射液。观察治疗前后患者的临床心功能分级情况,并作心脏超声心功能指数测定。结果:心功能改善总有效率:治疗组92%,对照组66%(P<0.05)。超声心动图左室射血分数和心脏指数:治疗组的改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪和丹参联合应用可提高充血性心力衰竭的疗效,改善心功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the curative effects of Huangqi injection combined with Danshen injection in patients with congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods:A total of 68 CHF patients were divided into two groups: control group (32cases) and treatment group (36cases).The 32 CHF patients in control group were treated by routine therapy,and the 36 patients in treatment group were treated with Huangqi and Danshen injection on the base of routine therapy.The cardiac function and its echocardiogram index were measured before and treatment in both groups.Results:The total efficacy of cardiac function was 92% in treatment group and 66% in control group after treatment(P<0.05).Amelioration of LVEF and CI of echocardiogram in treatment group were more than those in control group after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion:Huangqi injection combined with Danshen injection can raise the therapeutic efficacy and improves the cardiac function in CHF patients.更多还原
