【Abstract】 Atrial fibrillation is the most common disorder of cardiac rhythm.In recent years,the phenomenon of atrial remodelling is thought the possible mechanisms responsible for initiation and maintenance of atrial fibrillation.Atrial fibrosis is probably the most critical process of atrial remodelling,which has been proven to be mediated by the renin-angiotensin system(RAS).This article reviews the effects and mechanisms of RAS for initiation and maintenance of atrial fibrillation.更多还原
