【Abstract】 Because impacted by the classical culture,the staffing model of Chinese family based companies has its own features compared with western family based companies.This paper suggests that we should consider the organization life cycle when we choose the staffing model by analyzing some famous staffing model.Finally,the author researches the choosing of staffing model for the company,which is in existence or survival stage.更多还原
