【Abstract】 This paper carries out the opinion that talent aggregation is the new stage of the development of human resource.Under this premise,it first discusses the three dimensions of talent aggregation mode of enterprise.Then,it analyzes the characteristics of the modes in enterprises with different ownership from the three dimensions.Finally,this paper draws the conclusion that both SOEs and domestic private firms fall behind foreign firms in the talent aggregation mode,and puts forward some suggestions.更多还原
