稀土低锑合金的力学和电化学性能研究
Investigation on Mechanical and Electrochemical Property of Low-Antimony Alloys with Rare Earth Additive
【摘要】 制备了稀土低锑合金,测试并分析了合金的强度、塑性、硬度等力学性能以及阴、阳极极化曲线、恒流失重及室温析气等电化学特性。研究结果表明,新型稀土低锑合金具有良好的力学性能和电化学性能,添加稀土不但增加了合金的塑性,还提高了合金的耐腐蚀性能,可以作为少维护铅酸电池的板栅材料。
【Abstract】 New low-antimony alloys with RE were manufactured.The mechanical properties and electrochemicalperformances were detected and analyzed using tensile test,hardness test,cathodic polarization curves,anodic polarization curves,corrosive weight-loss and gas evolution experiment atroom temperature.The results showed that Pb-Sb-RE alloys with low antimony content have excellent mechanical behaviors and corrosion resistance properties.The addition of RE can not only promote the toughness of alloys, but also improve the corrosion resistance behavior,and the Pb-Sb-REalloys can serve as the candidate of the grid materials for reduced-maintenance lead acid battery.
