高铈抛光粉表面电性及悬浮液分散稳定性研究

【摘要】 通过测定高铈抛光粉(以下简称抛光粉)悬浮液的ξ电位、吸光度和粘度,探讨了不同pH值、分散剂种类及浓度对抛光粉水相体系分散稳定性的影响。结果表明,ξ电位与吸光度有良好的对应关系,ξ电位绝对值越高,吸光度越大,则体系分散稳定性越好;pH值、分散剂种类及加入量是影响抛光粉水相体系分散稳定性的主要因素。羧甲基纤维素、聚丙烯酸适合作抛光粉悬浮液的分散剂。一定粒径范围的粉体在分散剂的作用下其悬浮液具有较好的稳定性。

【Abstract】 Dispersion and stability of polishing powder in water were studied under different pH values,different dispersing agent type and contents by the method of ξ potential,absorbencyand viscosity.The results show that ξ potential with absorbency have the good corresponding relations,the higher absolute value of ξ potential,absorbency is bigger,then the system dispersion stability is better;The pH values,the dispersing agent type and join the quantity affects polishes the suspending liquid stable primary factor.CMC,PAA suitably takes the polishing powder the dispersing agent.The certain particle size scope powder its suspending liquid has the good stability under the dispersing agent function.
