电子产品健康监测和故障预测方法的案例研究
Case study of prognostic and health management methodology for electronics
【摘要】 以工程实际中广泛应用的电子产品为案例,对电子产品健康状态监测和故障预测的方法和流程进行了实验验证。实验中采用了性能参数监测法与故障物理模型法相结合的形式,将健康状态监测和故障预测的一般性方法、技术和理论应用到具体的电子产品,对相关的实验流程和实验数据分析结果进行了详细阐述。通过本实验验证案例研究,明确了实现健康状态监测和故障预测在实验上的技术细节问题,为工程中实际构建电子产品的健康状态监测和故障预测能力提供了实践积累。
【Abstract】 A case study of prognostic and health management(PHM) methodology for electronics is presented.A method with combined parametric monitoring and real-time model-based prediction is used in the study on a commercial electronic product.A general test flow and a process that was developed in a precedent study are verified.This study identifies technical issues that remain yet developing a satisfactory PHM methodology for avionics and other electronic system.
