镧对钛基钎料钎焊Ti3Al和GH536的影响
Effect of Lanthanum on Brazing of Ti3Al and GH536 with Ti-Based Filler Metals
【摘要】 研究了La的添加对Ti-Cu-Ni基钎料的性能,以及对Ti3Al和GH536钎焊接头的显微组织和机械性能的影响。研究结果表明:采用添加La的钎料,可显著提高钎焊接头的拉伸强度,其原因在于La能明显提高钎料与母材的润湿性能,促进母材和钎料中元素的扩散。
【Abstract】 Effects of La addition on the properties of Ti-Cu-Ni based brazing filler alloy and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the brazed-joints of Ti3Al and GH536 were studied.The results showed that the tensile strength of the brazed-joints with La addition could be highly improved,the reason is that La can improve the wettability of the filler metal and promote diffusibility of all the elements.
