【摘要】 在供应链管理中库存控制和协调是一项重要的任务,以往单纯从一个企业出发寻求最优定货或生产策略已不能适应供应链管理的需要。本文讨论供应商和零售商的两阶段模型,其中生产商的生产系统会因生产时间的增长使得品率上升,同时生产商承诺有限保修期;零售商的需求率是常数;生产商的生产周期是零售商的整数倍。建立了一个生产商多个零售商情形下的联合单位产品费用模型,对于一个供应商和一个零售商的情形,为提高精确度对模型进行了改进。对于建立的两个模型本文均给出模型的有关性质和寻求联合最优策略的简单方法,最后给出算例。更多还原

【Abstract】 It’s important that inventory is controlled and cooperation in the supply chain management.Seeking ther optimal policy of order or production from the single company can not adapt to the meed of the supply chain management.In this paper,the model of two level supply chain is composed of the supplier and retailer.In this model,the production system of the producer will make more inferior products because of the longer production time.The producer promise the limit term warranty.The production cycle of producer is integral times of the cycle of the retailer.Firstly,the model of the expense of the unit product of one producer and several retailers will be founded.In the condition of one producer and one retailer,the model will be improved for the better exactitude.In this paper,the easy method to seek the character and the united best policy is proposed,Finally an example is given.更多还原
