基于虚拟现实的综采工作面仿真系统研究
Study on Simulation System of Fully Mechanized Mining Face Based on Virtual Reality
【摘要】 虚拟现实技术是现代仿真技术的一个重要发展方向,已经开始应用到矿业领域。应用虚拟现实技术,结合OpenGL和Visual C++6.0,建立了综采工作面仿真系统。系统设计数据输入、场景建模、场景漫游、交互控制和工艺仿真五个功能模块,分别以液压支架和采煤机为例分析了行为建模和交互控制实现过程。系统具有场景漫游和设备操作等交互功能,并可模拟综采工作面生产工艺过程,系统的实现为整个矿井的模拟提供了可行的思路和方法。
【Abstract】 Virtual reality is an important developing direction of modern simulation technology,and it has been used in the field of mine. Applying virtual reality technology and combining with OpenGL and Visual C++ 6.0,a simulation system of fully mechanized mining face was established. Five function modules were designed in this system,including data inputting,scene modeling,scene roaming,interaction controlling and technics simulation. Taking the hydraulic-powered-support and shearer loader for example,the realization process of behavior modeling and interaction control was analyzed. The system had interaction functions of navigation and equipments operation,moreover,the production process of fully mechanized mining face was simulated. The realization of this system put forward a feasible method to the simulation of entire mine.
