功率回收型液压修井机中油管柱下放过程的仿真研究
Simulation and Study of Power-recovering Hydraulic Workover Rig Lowering Oil Pipestring
【摘要】 功率回收型液压修井机是一种节能机械,介绍了功率回收型液压修井机的工作原理。该机与常规修井机相比动力机装机功率显著减小,并且可以回收油管柱下放释放出来的重力势能。推导出了功率回收型液压修井机中油管柱下放过程的动力学模型,进行了仿真分析,得出了如下结论:所下放的油管柱重量越大,油管柱下放速度越高;节流阀通流面积越大,油管柱下放速度越高;变量泵-马达排量越小,油管柱下放速度越高。
【Abstract】 Power-recovering hydraulic workover rig is an energy-saving machine, and the working theory of this rig was introduced. The equipped power of this rig is decreased remarkably compared with the ordinary rig, and this rig can recover the potential energy which is released by the oil pipestring when lowering. The dynamic model of power-recovering hydraulic workover rig lowering the oil pipestring was deduced and a simulation analysis was conducted. Through simulation, some conclusions were obtained: The heavier the oil pipestring is, the higher velocity of lowering the oil pipestring is; The greater the throttle valve path area is, the higher velocity of lowering the oil pipestring is; The smaller the displacement of variable pump-motor is, the higher velocity of lowering the oil pipestring is.
