电梯系统机电耦合模型仿真研究

【摘要】 导出了电梯机械系统与电机之间的机电耦合方程,建立整个电梯系统的仿真模型。将电磁转矩和钢丝绳的弹性系数以变量的形式引入到模型中,对建立的模型分别在空载和额定载荷下轿厢上行、下行运行情况进行仿真,结果与电梯调速电机工作特性相吻合,并得出电流控制逆变器模块和曳引轮两侧的重力差对电磁转矩和轿厢加速度的变化曲线产生影响。同时仿真了系统参数变化时性能的变化情况,据此提出改进方法。模型可为电梯系统的总体方案设计提供可靠依据,提高新产品设计开发效率。

【Abstract】 The electromechanical coupling equation of elevator mechanical systems and motors was deduced. The simulation model of whole elevator systems was built. The electromagnetism torque and the elastic coefficient of ropes were introduced into the model as variables. The simulations were carried out in the cases of empty load and rated load with car running upward or downward according to the model respectively. The results are in accord with working characteristics of adjustable motors of elevator systems. The corresponding changing curves of the motor torque and the acceleration of elevator car can be affected by the current regulate inverter module and the gravitational difference of the sheave. At the same time, the changes of the system performance are gained when parameters change, and the corresponding improved methods are given. The model can provide the reliable evidence for the whole scheme design of the elevator system and improve the efficiency of the design and development of new products.
