超敏C反应蛋白及血脂与缺血性脑卒中颈动脉粥样硬化的关系
The Relationship Between High-Sensitivity C-ReactiveProtein and Lipid and Carotid Atherosclerosis in Ischemic Stroke
【摘要】 目的探讨缺血性脑卒中(IS)患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及血脂与颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)的关系。方法随机选择IS患者57例,颈动脉超声测定双侧颈总动脉IMT,空腹测定患者血清hs-CRP、血糖(S)、三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇(Cho)及高、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-c,LDL-C)水平。结果hs-CRP与双侧IMT明显相关,相关系数r分别为0.4274和0.4304(P<0.01);Cho和LDL-C与双侧IMT呈正相关(r=0.3024,0.3273;0.3219,0.3379,P <0.05)。结论hs-CRP可能参与了IS颈动脉粥样硬化的进程,监测血清hs-CRP及血脂等指标对预防由于颈动脉粥样硬化引起的IS有一定临床意义。
【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the relationship of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and lip-id and carotid intima-medial thickness and confirm the effect of them in carotid atherosclerosis and ischemic stroke coming on. Methods 57 cases of ischemic stroke were selected randomly. Intima-medial thickness of carotid artery were performed by the duplex ultrasonogtaphy. Limosis hs-CRP、sugar、TG、CHO、HDL-C and LDL-C were determined. Results hs-CRP were correlative with both IMT obviously. The correlative coefficient were 0.4274 and 0.4304 respectively (P < 0. 01) ; Cho and LDL-C were correlative positively with both IMT(r= 0.3024,0. 3273 ;0. 3219,0. 3379, P< 0.05). Conclusion hs-CRP may participate in form of carotid atherosclerosis. There are definite clinical significance of examining hs-CRP and lipid to prevent ischemic stroke due to carotid atherosclerosis.
