【摘要】 采用浸渍叶碟法研究天葵块根提取物对菜青虫、小菜蛾生长发育的影响.结果表明,天葵块根提取物对菜青虫、小菜蛾具有明显的生长发育抑制作用,800mg/L对菜青虫、小菜蛾的生长发育抑制率分别为67.18%,68.31%.该提取物对菜青虫、小菜蛾生长发育抑制IC₅₀分别为389mg/L,251mg/L,对试虫的体重增加也有显著影响,处理组的平均体重增加值显著低于对照.更多还原

【Abstract】 In this passage,it is reported that the root of Semiaquilegia adoxoides exhibits a higher level of growth disrupting effects on the larvae of Plutella xylostella L and Pieris rapae L.by dipping leaves methods.The results showed that The inhibit rate of development of Pieris rapae Land Plutella xylostella L.is 67.19% and 68.31%,respectively,when the larva were fed with cabbage leaves dipped with 800 mg/L abstract.The IC₅₀value of the Semiaquilegia adoxoides abstract against the tested larvae of Pieris rapae Land Plutella xylostella L.were 389mg/L and 251mg/L,respectively,The root abstract of Semia- quilegia adoxoides also had notable influence on the body weight increase of insect tested.The increased a- mount of body weight of the larvae tested were lower significantly than the control.更多还原
