【摘要】 选择5个品种（DH、IJ、AB、AG、HF）分别与川南山地黄牛杂交。各取其F₁代育肥牛3头屠宰,测定不同杂交组合肉牛的部分肉质指标的含量,测定结果表明:（1）各组合间大肠菌群和镉的含量为零,水分、灰分、铅、砷、铬指标的含量差异不显著（P>0.05）,HF组合的汞含量差异显著（P<0.05）;（2）所测指标的含量均达到无公害牛肉标准.更多还原

【Abstract】 Five cattle varieties（DH,IJ,AB,AG,HF）were crossed yellow cattle in southern Sichuan mountainous region respectively,three of each F₁ generation feeder cattle were slaughtered to determinate the partial indexes content of the meat quality of beef cattle among different hybrid combinations.It was indicated that:（1） the Coli group and Cd content were both zero among different hybrid combinations,the differences of the indexes,such as Moisture,Ash,Pb,As and Cr content were not remarkable （P>0.05） ,while the Hg content in HFXyellow cattle was remarkable（P<0.05）;（2）the content of the indexes determinated all met the standard to the free-pollution beef.更多还原
