【摘要】 目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)、层黏连蛋白(Laminin,LN)在原发性干燥综合征(Primary Sjgrens’s Syndrome,PSS)患者唇腺组织的表达及其与唇腺病理分级的相关性。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测59例PSS患者,30例正常对照者唇腺中MMP-9,LN表达。结果原发性干燥综合征患者唇腺组织中MMP-9高表达,LN低表达,而对照组唇腺组织中MMP-9低表达,LN高表达;MMP-9的表达强度随唇腺病理分级升高而增强,LN的表达随唇腺病理分级升高而减弱;MMP-9与LN的表达呈现负相关性。结论MMP-9、LN在PSS患者唇腺组织中存在异常表达,并且二者的表达情况与病理分级相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between MMP-9,LN and their roles in the pathogenesis of Primary Sjgrens’s Syndrome.Methods Immunohistochemical technique was employed to detect the expression of MMP-9 and LN in the labial gland acini of patients with Primary Sjgrens’s Syndrome(PSS).Results Significant differences in LN and MMP-9 expressions between two groups were found.The expression of MMP-9 in the labial gland of the patients with PSS was increased significantly(P<0.01) and the expression of LN in the labial gland acini of the patients with PSS was decreased significantly(P<0.01).The expression degree of MMP-9 was significantly negatively correlated with the the expressioned degree of LN,and the Pearson’s correlation coefficient was-0.997(P<0.01).Conclusion MMP-9,LN may be involved in the pathogenesis of Primary Sjgrens’s Syndrome.更多还原
