CHM法合成BaTiO3纳米单晶
BaTiO3 Nanocubes Synthesized by CHM Method
【摘要】 采用复合氢氧化物媒介法(CHM),以BaCO3和TiO2为原料在200℃、48 h的生长条件下成功合成出Ba- TiO3纳米单晶.用XRD,SEM,TEM等手段对产物的晶型、粒径进行了分析.检测结果显示,获得的BaTiO3晶粒为立方相单晶,结晶好且不含BaCO3等杂质,平均粒径约为70 nm.另外探讨了CHM法制备纳米BaTiO3粉体的反应机理,解释了BaTiO3物相的形成.
【Abstract】 Single crystalline BaTiO3 nanoparticles starting from BaCO3 and TiO2 have been successfully syn- thesized by a composite-hydroxide-mediated(CHM)method at 200℃for 48 h.The morphology and parti- cle size were investigated by XRD,SEM and TEM.The as-synthesized BaTiO3 sample showed a well-crys- talline cubic structure,with a particle size of about 70 nm and with no impurities like BaCO2 and TiO2 de- tected The reaction mechanism for the phase formation of BaTiO3 is discussed.
