鸡THRSP α基因多态性与脂肪性状的相关性研究

【摘要】 THRSP(Thyroid Hormone Responsive Spot 14)在哺乳动物中是一种分子量较小的酸性蛋白质.由于该基因在肝脏、脂肪和乳腺等脂肪生成组织内表达,因此被认为该基因与脂肪生成相关.该研究利用杏花鸡与隐性白洛克鸡F2代全同胞个体资源群作为实验材料,利用琼脂糖和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术检测了12个家系共439只个体THRSP α基因的基因型,对THRSP α基因与脂肪性状的相关性通过最小二乘法进行了系统分析.结果表明,THRSP α基因与脂肪带宽和腹脂重呈显著相关(p<0·05),由此可以认定该基因与腹脂性状密切相关,该基因可以作为研究腹脂性状的候选基因用于优质鸡的辅助育种中.

【Abstract】 THRSP (thyroid hormone responsive spot 14) in mammals, a small acidic protein, is considered to be involved in lipogenesis, as it is predominately expressed in lipogenic tissues like liver, abdominal fat and mammary gland. In the present study, a total of 439 F2 chickens from the cross of White Recessive Rocks x Chinese native Xinghua were used as the experiment materials. The relationship between the polymorphisms of Chicken THRSP α and their fat-related traits were analyzed using the SAS software. THRSP α homozygotes BB showed a wider fat band than THRSP α homozygotes AA (p<0.05), and THRSP α homozygotes BB and heterozygotes AB had higher fat content than THRSP α homozygotes AA (p<0.05).
