【Abstract】 This article illuminates the clinical application and its development of cord blood,and then analyzes some relevant ethical problems emerged in the application and management of cord blood,and the preservation of public and individual cord blood.This article concludes that benefits between public and individuals must be balanced during the clinical application of cord blood,and the application should be one that embodies both ideal and realistic,just and beneficial,reasonable and feasible,so as to meet the ethical request for a harmonious development of the application of cord blood,and enables the cord blood to serve the health of people properly.更多还原
