【摘要】 牙周病是糖尿病的第六大并发症,糖尿病患者的牙周情况却常被忽视。从医学伦理学角度出发,分析了糖尿病合并牙周病患者牙周治疗常被忽视的原因有:患者错误的医疗观念和临床医师对糖尿病患者合并牙周病的认识不足。对这类患者牙周治疗的医德要求有:首先临床医师要对糖尿病合并牙周病有正确的认识;其次正确处理与协调医患关系和科室间关系;最后正确选择牙周治疗方法的伦理道德观。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the sixth complication of diabetes mellitus,periodontal disease has always been ignored.The reasons for the ignorance are analyzed, and manifested in the fallowing aspects: patients’ incorrect concept of medical treatment,physicians’ lack of recognition in the complication of periodontal disease in patients with diabetes mellitus.Requirements for physicians’ professionalism in periodontal therapy for patients with diabetes mellitus include: a correct recognition in the complication of periodontal disease in patients with diabetes mellitus of physicians,a harmonious physician-patient relationship,and a harmonious relationship between different medical divisions,moral principles for a correct selection in different periodontal therapies.更多还原
