【摘要】 法律专业术语的英译目前存在不少的错译情况,其原因乃在于译者对法律专业术语的特殊性以及中英两种法律文化的差异缺乏深刻的认识。法律术语的翻译不仅要进行语言的转换,而且要涉及法律思维、法律理念的变化、协调和衔接。法律术语的翻译除了要求语词之间在语义上要基本对应外,还要力求做到译出的法律术语要与原文本的法律术语在法律功能上基本对等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Because of the poor understanding of special features of legal terms and differences between Chinese and English legal culture,there exist a great many mistakes in the translation of legal terms from Chinese into English.The special translation demands not only the conversion of languages but also the adjustment,coordination and connection of legal conceptions.Furthermore,the translated legal terms should be approximately equivalent to the original terms from the perspectives of meaning and legal function.更多还原
