【摘要】 介绍了基于短消息业务的远程电源监控系统的组成结构和设计方案。在硬件设计上,采用高精度霍尔传感器ACS704ELC采集信号,MCU使用Microchip公司的高速CMOS处理器PIC18f4585,采用DS1302实时时钟芯片记录发生异常事件的时间并组包由短信模块TC35i发送到GSM公网。软件方面,选择PDU(ProtocolDataUnit,协议数据单元)短信模式,编码方式采用7 bit编码。短消息的接收和发送通过AT指令实现,并重点介绍了TC35i模块的初始化和短信处理模块的程序设计。该系统利用GSM移动通讯网络短信息服务快捷的性能和相对低廉的收费,可嵌入大型工业监控系统、无人值守系统,通过监控整个系统工作电源的情况来监控整个系统是否正常工作,以满足这些系统所需的高可靠性、高实时性和维护方便性等要求,可用于监测点分散、数据传送量较少、需要实时监控的领域。经实际应用,该系统性能稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 The structure and the design proposal of the remote monitor system of power supply were introduced based on SMS service. In terms of hardware design, the high-precision Hall sensor ACS704ELC was used as signal acquisition; Microchip’ s high-speed CMOS processor PIC18f4585 was applied for MCU; And real-time clock chip DS1302 was adopted to record the times unusual events occurred and pack them; Then the package was transmitted to public network GSM by message module TC35i. As to software, PDU(ProtocolDataUnit) mode, the encoding mode of which is 7bit, was used during transmitting SMS. Transmitting and receiving SMS was realized by using AT command. TC35i module’ s initialization and the design software of the SMS processing module was the focus to be introduced. The monitor system can be embedded to large industrial monitor and control or unmanned system by use of SMS shortcut performance and comparatively low cost charge of GSM -nubile communication net. It is a real time system with high reliability, convenient maintenance and good stabilization. The hardware and software design was described in detail, including the system principle, the program and the design of the circuit a-bout this monitor system. This system will be well used in the needed field which required less data tran-mission and dispersed detecting point. The system is stable according to practical experience.更多还原
