【摘要】 目的:观察臂丛加颈浅丛神经联合阻滞用于锁骨骨折内固定术的临床效果。方法:随机将90例患者分为3组,Ⅰ组臂丛加颈浅丛神经联合阻滞;Ⅱ组臂丛神经阻滞;Ⅲ组颈浅丛神经阻滞。结果:Ⅰ组麻醉效果明显优于其他两组。结论:臂丛加颈浅丛神经联合阻滞用于锁骨骨折内固定术具有很好的临床效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects of brachial plexus block and superficial cervical plexus block on internal fixation of collar bone fracture.Methods:90 patients with collar bone fracture were divided into three groups,i.e.group A by both brachial plexus block and superficial cervical plexus block,group B by brachial plexus block and group C by superficial cervical plexus block.Results:The anesthesia reuslt of group A was obviously superior to that of other two groups.Conclusion:The brachial plexus block and superficial cervical plexus block can be used well to internal fixation of collar bone fracture and the anesthesia reuslt of this method is satisfactory.更多还原
