黄土沟壑区人工柠条丛枝菌根研究
Study on Arbuscular Mycorrhiza Colonizing of Caragana Korshinskii Kom in Gully Region of Loess Plateau
【摘要】 丛枝菌根(Arbuscular mycorrhiza,AM)是大部分陆生高等植物与球囊菌门真菌形成的互惠共生体,具有重要的生理生态功能.通过显微观察和分子技术对黄土沟壑区的人工柠条丛枝菌根定殖情况进行研究,结果表明柠条能形成丛枝菌根结构,并具有较高的定殖率.相关性分析表明菌丝定殖率与泡囊定殖率、土壤水分含量呈正相关,丛枝定殖率与海拔呈负相关.
【Abstract】 Arbuscular mycorrhiza(AM) which have remarkably physiological and ecological functions are symbiotic associations formed between most of terrestrial plants and fungus of Glomeromycota phylum.The status of AM colonization of Caragana korshinskii in Gully Region of Loess Plateau was investigated with morphological and molecular technologies in this study.The results showed that Caragana korshinskii were highly colonized by AMF,the rate of hyphae colonization was positive correlation with vesicle colonization and soil moisture,but the rate of arbuscule colonization was negative correlation with the altitude.
