【摘要】 随着细胞培养及组织工程技术的发展,组织工程角膜种子细胞方面的研究获得一定进展,主要是探讨维持角膜种子细胞的活性及正常形态和性质的方法,并通过适当的载体进行移植,研究重建与正常角膜具有相同的形态结构及生理功能的组织工程角膜,并最终应用于临床。本文就组织工程角膜种子细胞方面的进展做一综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of the cell culture and tissue engineering technology,the study on tissue engineering corneal seed cells has obtained some progress,recent study is mainly about to maintain the activity of corneal seed cells and search methods for normal shape and nature,and transplant seed cells by proper carrier to make tissue engineering reconstructed cornea having the same physical structure and function as the normal cornea,and eventually apply it to clinical transplantion.A series of recent literatures are reviewed on study advances in seed cells for tissue engineering cornea.更多还原
