【摘要】 目的:研究Survivin和CyclinD1基因在哈萨克族食管癌组织中的表达。方法:采用逆转录多聚酶链反应技术检测Survivin和CyclinD1基因在20例食管癌组织及其相应癌旁组织中的表达。结果:20例食管癌组织中Survivin基因的总阳性率为50%,相应癌旁组织中Survivin基因的总阳性率为20%,且其表达量均低于其对应的癌组织。在20例食管癌组织中有10例表达CyclinD1基因,阳性率为50%,而在20例癌旁组织中有13例表达,阳性率为65%,且癌组织的表达低于其对应的癌旁组织。结论:提示Survivin基因的异常表达引起的细胞凋亡抑制在哈萨克族食管癌的发生、发展过程中起到一定的作用。CyclinD1在哈萨克族食管癌中的作用与其在其它民族中的作用可能有所不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the expression of Survivin and CyclinD1 gene in Hazak’s esophageal cancer.Methods:The expression of Survivin gene was detected in 20 cases of esophageal cancer tissues and tumor-adjacent normal tissues by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction.Results:The overall positive rate of Survivin gene expression in the 20 cases of esophageal cancer tissues was 50%,and in tumor-adjacent normal tissues was 20%.The overall positive rate of CyclinD1 gene expression in the 20 cases of esophageal cancer tissues was 50%,and in tumor-adjacent normal tissues was 65%.Conclusion:It suggests that the cell apoptosis resulted from the abnormal expression of Survivin gene and affects the occurrence of Hazak’s esophageal cancer.CyclinD1 gene expression is less importmant in Hazak’s esophageal cancer than in other ethnic groups.更多还原
