锁阳花序中黄酮类化学成分的研究

【摘要】 目的:对锁阳花序中黄酮类化学成分进行初步研究。方法:采用溶剂法提取锁阳花序中的黄酮成分,经聚酰胺、硅胶柱层析并通过波谱解析鉴定了4种黄酮类化合物的结构。结果:4种黄酮类化合物分别被鉴定为芸香苷(rutin,I)、异槲皮苷(isoquerecitrin,Ⅱ)、(+)-儿茶素[(+)-catechin,Ⅲ]和(-)-表儿茶素-3-O-没食子酸酯[(-)-epicatechin-3-O-gallate,Ⅳ]。结论:这4种黄酮类化合物均是首次从锁阳花序中分离得到,其中(-)-表儿茶素-3-O-没食子酸酯为首次从锁阳植物中分离得到。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study on the chemical constituents of flavonids in the inflorescences of Cynomorium songaricum Rupr. Methods: To adopt solvent method extracting the chemical constituents of flavonids in the inflorescences of Cynomorium songaricum Rupr., identify the structures of four compounds through polyamide and silica gel columniation chromatographyand spectrum analysis. Results: The four compounds were identified as rutin (Ⅰ), isoquerecitrin (Ⅱ), (+)-catechin (Ⅲ) and (-)-epicatechin-3-O-gallate (Ⅳ). Conclusion: The four chemical constituents of flavonids were isolated from the inflorescences of Cynomorium songaricum Rupr. for the first time, and (-)-epicatechin-3-O-gallate was isolated from Cynomorium songaricum Rupr. for the first time.
