【摘要】 目的:探讨溃疡性结肠炎(UC)大鼠结肠组织中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和c-jun的表达及其在UC发病过程中的作用。方法:Wistar大鼠18只随机分为正常组及模型组,正常组大鼠不做任何处理,模型组大鼠采用2,4二硝基氯苯(DNCB)复合乙酸灌肠的方法制备UC模型,应用半定量逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)和Westernblot方法检测2组大鼠结肠组织中IL-6、c-jun的表达,并进行比较。结果:在mRNA及蛋白质水平,模型组大鼠结肠组织中IL-6的表达均明显高于正常组(P<0.01);在mRNA水平2组c-jun的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在蛋白质水平模型组中c-jun的表达明显高于正常组(P<0.05)。结论:IL-6、c-Jun在溃疡性结肠炎的发生、发展中起一定的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the role and the expression of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and c-jun in the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis in rats. Methods: Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups: normal group and model group; rat colitis model was induced by DNCB combined with acetic acid, the expression of IL-6 and c-jun in the rat′s intestine were detected by semi-quantatitive reverse transcription-polymerase chain raction (RT-PCR) and Western blot technique. Results: At the level of mRNA and protein: the expression of IL-6 between two groups have statistic signifinance (P=0.01). The expression of c-jun in rats of model group was higher than that of normal group at the level of protein (P<0.05), but the expression of c-jun betweent two groups have no statistic signifinance at level of mRNA. Conclusion: IL-6 and c-jun may participate in the occurrence and development of ulcerative colitis.更多还原
