【摘要】 目的:探讨天香丹对稳定型心绞痛患者血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、一氧化氮(NO)以及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)含量的影响。方法:70例冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为2组,天香丹组口服中药天香丹,通心络组服用通心络胶囊,治疗前、后观察2组心绞痛发作频率、持续时间,分别检测2组血清NO、NOS及VEGF的含量,并进行比较。结果:治疗后2组心绞痛发作频率、持续时间较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01),组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后天香丹组血清NO、NOS及VEGF含量较治疗前明显升高(P<0.01),通心络组血清VEGF、NO含量较治疗前明显升高(P<0.01),天香丹组治疗后血清NO含量明显高于通心络组(P<0.01)。结论:天香丹可升高血清VEGF、NO以及NOS含量,促进冠脉侧支循环的建立,改善心肌缺氧状态,而达到治疗冠心病的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of Tianxiangdan on serum vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), nitric oxide (NO) and oxide nitric synthase (NOS) in patients with stable angina pectoris. Methods: Seventy patients were randomly divided into two groups: Tianxiangdan group and Tongxinluo group. The patients in Tianxiangdan group were treated with Tianxiangdan, and those in Tongxinluo group were subjected to Tongxinluo. While observing the outbreak frequncy and duration of angina, we measured the levels of serum VEGF, NO and NOS before and after therapy in these two groups. The curative effectiveness was evaluated. Results: There was no significant difference in serum VEGF, NO and NOS between two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of VEGF, NO and NOS were obviously elevated in Tianxiangdan therapy group (P<0.01). The levels of VEGF and NO were obviously elevated in Tongxinluo control group (P<0.01).But the levels of NO in Tianxiangdan therapy group distinct higher than that in Tongxinluo control group (P<0.01). Conclusions: Tianxiangdan can elevate the levels of serum VEGF, NO and NOS, facilitating the building of the subordinate circulatory system of coronary. It can improve the lack of oxygen in the cardiac muscle in order to cure coronary heart disease.更多还原
