亚纳米SiO2对硅溶胶壳型硬化时间的影响

【摘要】 本文对添加15%NH4Cl和亚纳米SiO2的硅溶胶壳型硬化时间进行试验研究。发现硅溶胶壳型硬化时间t随着15%NH4Cl加入量v的增加而降低,随着亚纳米SiO2加入量m的增加先降低后升高再降低,且15%NH4Cl加入量相同时,添加亚纳米SiO2硅溶胶壳型硬化时间相对未添加的要缩短几倍到几十倍。结果表明亚纳米SiO2具有促进硅溶胶壳型胶凝硬化的作用。

【Abstract】 The experimental study on harden time of silica sol sh ell molding with 15%NH4Cl and subnano-SiO2 was run in this paper. It is found that the harden time t of silica sol shell molding is decreasing with the increa sing of 15%NH4Cl addition v, reducing first then raising and reducing again with the increasing of subnano-SiO2 addition m in this work. And harden time of su bnano-SiO2 addition silica sol shell molding shorten several to dozens times c ompared with no subnano-SiO2 addition in the same addition of 15%NH4Cl. The ex perimental results show subnano-SiO2 has played an acceleration coagulation ha rden on silica sol shell molding role.
