【摘要】 选用6只断奶期阿勒泰羔羊(4月龄左右),进行18项血液学指标的检测。结果表明:与断奶前相比,断奶后羔羊血液中胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白明显降低,前后差异显著(P<0.05),而血钾和白细胞数明显升高,前后差异极显著(P<0.01)。血液生理生化指标均在正常变化范围内。该结果提示断奶后羔羊对上述物质的消化吸收能力发生了改变,其原因可能是由于饲料类型的改变,或是小肠粘膜刷状缘酶活性的改变所致。更多还原

【Abstract】 The six Xinjiang Altay lambs(about 4 months old) were used to measure 18 hematological indices before and after the weaning.The result showed that the cholesterol,the high density lipoprotein in the blood were significantly decreased after weaning(P<0.05),whereas the blood potassium and the white blood cell number are remarkably higher after weaning(P<0.01).The biochemical and physiological indexes of blood change in the normal range.It indicates that the change of digestive and absorptive capacity of Altay lambs after weaning was due to either the change of feed type or the change of brush border enzyme activity.更多还原
