氮肥对菜用大豆产量和品质的影响

【摘要】 研究了新农菜豆1号在5种不同的施氮水平下,农艺性状、干物质积累、叶面积指数、产量及品质等的变化规律。研究结果表明:随着施氮量的增加,茎粗、节数减少,节间长度、株高、单株荚数、单株粒数、单株粒重增加,百粒鲜重与氮肥关系不显著,分枝数先增大后减小,蛋白质含量先增大后减小,淀粉含量与蛋白质含量呈显著负相关关系,可溶性糖含量先增大后减小。以施氮量90 kg/hm2时产量和品质最高,鲜荚产量为13 652.55 kg/hm2,可溶性糖含量为68.85 mg/g,蛋白质含量为39.11%。

【Abstract】 This study of the Xinnongcaidou number 1 was conducled under five different levels of nitrogen fertilizer volume such as agronomic characteri,dry matter accumulation,leaf area index,yield and quality,etc.Research showed that with the nitrogen fertilizer increase,stem was thickened,nodes were decreased,the length of branch,plant height,pods of single plant,seeds of single plants were increased,the relation between the weight of 100 seeds and nitrogen fertilizer was not significant,branch number was decreased after increasing,protein content was decreased after increasing.The relation of starch content and protein content was oppositely significant,soluble sugar content was decreased after increasing.When nitrogen fertilizer volume was 90 kg/hm2,yield and quality were the highest,fresh yield was 13 652.55 kg/hm2,soluble sugar content was 68.85 mg/g,protein content was 39.11%.
