L-组氨酸高产菌种选育及其发酵条件研究进展
Advances in the Breeding and the Fermentation Conditions of L-histidine High Productive Strain
【摘要】 L-组氨酸是含咪唑核的碱性氨基酸,是人体和动物体内的半必需氨基酸,L-组氨酸是蛋白质结构的组成部分,参与蛋白质的合成,还可以多种形式广泛参与机体的各种生理生化过程。L-组氨酸所具备的各种功能使其可以广泛应用于食品、保健品、饲料、化工及医药等领域。简要介绍了L-组氨酸生物合成途径、调节机制、选育方案及生产方法,并重点评述其在国内外发酵研究进展。
【Abstract】 L-histidine is an alkalescency amino acid with an imidazole group.It’s a semi-essential amino acid in human and animals.L-histidine is one of the components of protein construction,it participates in the protein synthesizing and many kinds of physiological and biochemiscal process by different forms.L-histidine has various functions enable it to be applied in food,health product,feed,chemical industry,medicine and other fields.The paper briefly introduces synthesis pathways,regulation mechanism,breeding plan and production method of L-histidine and emphasized reviewing the recent progress of fermentation at home and abroad.
