铈锆复合氧化物的研究、应用与展望

【摘要】 铈锆复合氧化物因具有独特的储放氧特性,在汽车尾气催化净化领域有着广阔的应用前景。目前,世界汽车领域铈锆产品需求量约6000t,国内需求量不足1000t,预测未来10年国内需求可突破3000t。文章论述了铈锆复合氧化物的合成方法,指出共沉淀法及其改进方法最具成本优势。介绍了后处理方法和产品组分发展状况及国内铈锆生产厂家的生产技术现状及与国外的差距。

【Abstract】 Ceria-ziroconia composite has widely prospects for applications in the automobile area of tail gas purification and catalysis because of its unique oxygen reserve characteristic and high utility factor for noble metal.At present,the requirements in abroad in automobile area are about 5 000~6 000 t,the domestic requirements are about 1 000 t,and after ten years it can be more than 3 000 t.There are many kinds of synthetic process for cenia-zirconia composite,among them the co-precipitation process has the lowest cost.Abroad the productions are mainly centered on the some large companies,and at home although the output is small,but the research and development for industry are going quickly.In order to enhance the competitive ability,the preparing technology and the properties of products have to be improved for the domestic production plants
