【摘要】 介绍了我国冶金及陶瓷工业二氧化锆的应用现状、二氧化锆的特性、二氧化锆的稳定化处理工艺及稳定二氧化锆的应用。指出我国生产的钙稳定氧化锆的档次和品质与国外的相比还有一定差距,还不能满足连续铸造等方面的应用要求。随着耐火材料及陶瓷材料的发展,稳定型二氧化锆的需求前景看好。今后,应大力开发分散性好、粒度细、粒度分布窄、成本低的稳定型二氧化锆粉体,以满足我国耐火材料和特种陶瓷材料的发展需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Zirconia is a promising high temperature refractory,gringing material and high temperature insulation because of high melting temperature,good chemical erosion-resistance,oxidation resistance,well wear,thermal shock resistance,small specific heat and heat-conductivity etc.CaO,MgO,Y2O3,CeO2 and other rare earth oxide is usually used for zirconia stabilizing as a stabilizer.The partial or full stabilized zirconia can be prepared by controlling stabilizer account.更多还原
