【摘要】 英语作为主要的国际通用语言,无论是对少数民族高级人才未来的专业学科的深造还是对其事业的发展都有着不可低估的作用。考虑到新疆民考民大学生英语基础差异较大的因素,文章主张大学基础英语教学急需改革现行教学模式,应采用分级式教学,在教材中突出语言的文化特征,特别是跨文化特征,教学过程应以听说为主,课后采用自主式多媒体学习手段等激发学生的学习动机,培养学生的英语学习能力,真正实现外语的工具作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 English as an international language can help the ethnic minority college students benefit more in their future academic and professional development. This paper highly advocates that we should integrate a culture-based instruction into basic teaching by adopting a graded teaching concerning the different English learning backgrounds of the ethnic minority college students in Xinjiang in order to activate learners’ motivation in English learning and to develop learners’ self-learning ability and hence to improve their English competence,especially oral competence.更多还原
