【Abstract】 Owing to a relatively loose stipulation of civil procuratorial system in existing laws,it is carried out less than satisfactory.The existing problems are found mainly in legislation and judiciary.Civil procuratorial system is required by the socialization of civil legal relationship so that the inspection procedure of civil procuratorial work must be specified and corresponding rights must be entrusted to procuratorial organs.更多还原
