【摘要】 “十一五”规划提出了区域协调发展的政策目标,但是我国目前区域发展中却存在众多不和谐的因素,分析区域协调发展的障碍与对策具有重要的理论和现实意义。目前,我国区域协调发展的障碍主要是区域利益诱导下的区域冲突和区域差距持续扩大,因而应通过发展区域合作机制、推进市场化改革、改善区域发展环境以及增加人力资本投资存量等手段以促进区域协调发展。更多还原
